Victoria Woodard, Associate Event Planner for PRIME at the Plaza and Cornerstone at the Plaza started working with Mazzone Hospitality when she was a junior in college earning her B.S. in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University.
Victoria has held many positions within the company starting as a Special Events and Operations Assistant/ Intern at the Glen Sanders Mansion in 2017. Upon her College Graduation she came to work at our Headquarters as the Assistant to the Director of Sales. Going into Spring 2019, Victoria joined our Operations team as a Banquet Captain, overseeing event staff and assisting the Event Managers at Off-Premise Catering Events. She was recently promoted to an Associate Event Planner.
During her time at Johnson & Wales University, Victoria helped start a club called W.I.S.E (Women In Sports & Events) part of the Boston chapter. She was the clubs Special Events Coordinator and then become the club President during her senior year. Along with her internship with Mazzone Hospitality, she also did a catering internship with Legends Hospitality at the One World Observatory in New York City.
Victoria realized her true passion for event planning during a DEE (Directed Experiential Education) planning the Universities 3rd Annual SEEM Leadership Conference connecting students with industry professionals. She helped plan and execute the conference as part of the Operations Committee and makes it a priority to return each year for the conference.
